'You Can Google Your Life'

This holistic, well-being and motivational workshop is based on the encouraging beliefs of Louise L Hay "Your can heal your life" approach, to search inside ourselves, and to consciously make positive changes to our lives.

The worskshop applies techniques of self love and positive thinking to a range of topics that affect us all on a daily basis, including our health, stress, limiting beliefs, emotions, negative energy and more.

During the course of the day the methods used will be motivational, creative, inspirational and fun and will feature elements of:

Creative work Visualisation and Affirmation
