| filled with opportunities to Breathe, Stretch, Relax | ||
| A day of fun for all the family | ||
| Classes offered are for both Adults and Children (classes run at the same time so you can enjoy your class while your child/children attend a yoga class) | ||
| Yoga for all levels (beginners welcome) | ||
| Creative Corner for all those small budding artists | ||
| Learn powerful techniques to calm the body and mind through breath, movement and meditation | ||
| Opportunity to receive Reiki | ||
| Experience the power of a group chant - a chance to let go of the old and invite something new into your life | ||
| Tea and Coffee available all day along with some home baked goodies | ||
| Cost: €10pp or €20 per family (2 adults + 2 children) | ||
