In practicing Mindfulness Meditation we are connecting with the experience of the present moment. Through basic techniques it is possible to cultivate a quiet mind, develop insights into the nature of this body and mind and release ourselves from the constraints we place on our own peace of mind.

The emphasis of this Meditation is to bring deeper awareness to our bodies, emotions and mind states.
