| An Ashram style weekend.... Rising early for Sadhana; preparing and eating our food together; Meditation; Mantra; Kirtan .... sharing time with like minded people. Exploring what Yoga means to you, how it has influenced your life, cultivating conscious supportive community and whatever else is on your mind! | ||
| There will also be time for relaxation.... walking (please bring walking boots and appropriate clothing); rest; massage therapies (advance booking required); Gregorian Chant at Glenstal Abbey etc. | ||
| Our first Ashram weekend is Kundalini based (yoga classes will be led by Kundalini Yoga Teachers). It is not necessary to have a Kundalini practice to participate. The weekend is open to all including those who are new to yoga. | ||
| Our Ashram style weekends are Karma Yoga based. The Yoga of Awareness in Action .... | ||
| 'To perform work to the best of our ability with awareness, without being attached to the outcome or the results.' | ||
| All meal preparation and cleanup will be divided amongst the group except for Friday night's meal, which will be ready for you on arrival. This helps to reduce costs and make the weekend affordable and accessible to all. | ||
