Catrina Choate
Catrina Choate-Heretoiu, promotes learning and self-development through creative means.   With a BA in English Literature, professional ballet training from the School of American Ballet, and a dance career with Miami City Ballet and Miami Contemporary Dance Company, personal expression through art has been the foundation for Catrinas explorations. She has taught ballet, modern dance, and creative movement classes across the United States and is the founder and co-artistic director of Memento Vivere Dance Theater Company.   Catrina is a certified Feldenkrais practitioner and has enjoyed facilitating Awareness Through Movement workshops throughout Europe and the U.S. while nurturing a private practice with a specific interest in children with special needs and pain management. Whether working through the Feldenkrais Method or dance, Catrina creates the environment necessary for people to freely explore, experience, connect, and learn....
