Mary Enright

I began my Yoga journey many years ago with a wonderful teacher, Maggie Crosse, and can honestly say I was hooked from the first class.   Life had become very hectic with three children and working full time outside the home, I was full of anxiety. The weekly classes gradually helped to relieve this stress and I also felt more energised through good breathing practice. Following a number of years of attending classes, and lots of encouragement from Maggie, I completed my teacher training in Hatha Yoga at Marie Quails Yoga Teaching and Therapy Centre (YTTC) in 2005 and have been teaching ever since. This Autumn I begin another Training Course to further deepen my understanding of yoga and to pass this on.
